Registered Undergraduate Student of Nursing (RUSON)

We are seeking dynamic part time registered nursing students in their second year of study as part of our RUSON employment program. Successful applicants will be keen to expand their nursing skills and gain invaluable experience by assisting to provide care to residents in Residential Aged Care.

Applicants need to have the ability to learn a variety of skills and tasks in a fast paced environment and be prepared to abide by the INH Code of Conduct.

RUSONS will be able to work extra shifts if they are available.

District Nurse (Registered Nurse) Casual

We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurses with a passion District Nursing. This position is required to provide backfill for leave and to participate in rostered weekend work, as required.  Working within the communities of Rutherglen, Chiltern, Barnawartha and Wahgunyah, you will be supported by a Director of Nursing and Nurse Unit Manager.

Your passion for District Nursing and excellent clinical skills are integral to our drive for excellence in these challenging times. You will support one of the best Teams in the region and be a key member of the Primary Care Team.

You will bring expertise in Wound Management and Palliative Care and the ability to develop strong community and professional relationships.

You will receive Victorian Public Sector wages rates ($48 - $52.47 per hour), Public Sector conditions, and the best Salary Packaging, grossed up to $30,000 per year.

To work in this dynamic environment you will need current AHPRA Registration, an NDIS Worker Screening Check and up to date COVID Vaccinations ( which includes evidence of your Booster Vaccination)

Registered Nurse - Part time/ Fulltime

Indigo North Health is a 40 bed facility located in Rutherglen, and is supported by a cohesive team of health care professionals.

Nursing staff provide person centred care to the residents of the facility.

Nursing staff are supported by a full time Nurse Unit Manager and Director of Nursing and are provided with a comprehensive induction program and opportunities to access professional development applicable to their role.

Indigo North Health offers excellent salary packaging ( $30,000 grossed up annually) and Victorian public sector pay rates. Indigo North Health has a comprehensive EAP program.

The Social Support Group Coordinator is responsible to plan, implement and evaluate a Social support program that provides a range of individual, group and community activities.  The successful applicant will hold a Certificate IV in Leisure & Health, or similar, a current First Aid certificate and a Light Rigid Drivers License.
